[speech_bubble type=”ln” subtype=”L1″ icon=”icon_business_woman10.png” name=”たち先生”]「住宅宿泊事業法」といって2018年6月15日施行されるわ。民泊を行いたい人（住宅宿泊事業者）は知事への届出が必要になってくるよ。ほかにも民泊のルールづくりとして、住宅宿泊管理業者や住宅宿泊仲介業者の制度がつくられるわ。
